1. Preface

3. Main components and structural features of the equipment
The JSHΦ1600 stranding machine is generally configured as shown in Fig. 2 and consists of a simple pay-off frame (Fig. 2), a rotating mould base, a single-wheel rotating traction machine, a medium 1600 double-twist main machine and an electric control section. The main components of the whole production line are the rotating die holder, the single-wheel rotating traction machine and the 1600 double-twist mainframe, and the main structural features of these components are introduced below.
3.1. Rotating mould base
The role of the rotating die base is to make 19 single wires stranded into the stranding die in an orderly manner, as shown in Figure 3, the die base is mainly composed of the rotating die head and the dividing plate. The dividing disc is used to introduce the 19 single wires into the stranding die in layers, while the disc can be moved back and forth to adjust the angle of entry of the single wires into the stranding. The rotating power of the rotating die comes from the single rotating traction wheel, which is connected by a synchronous belt and ground shaft, it rotates synchronously with the traction.

3.2. Single-wheel rotating traction machine
The main role of the single-wheel rotary traction machine is to form the stranding pitch, mainly by the front and rear support, simple, traction wheel, transmission system and other components. The main body is driven by the main motor through the synchronous belt to achieve high speed rotation of the stranded line, the traction wheel is driven by a separate motor through a set of drive rotation to achieve traction, the traction wheel is fixed to the simple body, and the simple body - the rotation, in order to compensate for the influence of the simple body rotation on the speed of the traction line, a set of differential wheel system is added to the transmission system, thus ensuring the stability of the stranded pitch.
3.3.Medium 1600 double twist mainframe
φ 1600 double-twist mainframe is the core component of the stranding machine, as shown in Fig. 5. It is the middle frame picked up by two large support blocks on the left and right, the frame is hollow set on the spindle at both ends by means of bearings, it is not moving. On it are integrated components such as auxiliary traction, line discharging device and take-up device. The rotation of the stranding bow is driven by the synchronous pulleys at both ends through the main motor, which rotates in the same direction as the single wheel rotary traction, at half the speed of the rotary traction.
