The non-metal wrapping machine is driven by an independent AC motor and controlled by frequency conversion. The wrapping head has the function of left and right rotation. The pay-off tension of tape adopts mechanical friction type, the tension can be manually adjusted and the hysteresis tension control method can also be used.
It can replace the tapes unlimitedly without cutting the cable during the production process. No tape length limit, it can continue the production process after connecting the tapes, which truly realizes the continuous production of large-length wrapping.
The non-metal wrapping machine is equipped with a safety protective cover outside the wrapping head with two left and right push-pull movable doors design. A set of acrylic transparent windows are set on each of the two doors to facilitate observation of the internal conditions of the equipment. Fluorescent lamps are set in the safety cover to provide adequate lighting and facilitate observation. The open/unclosed movable door will automatically stop to ensure safe production. In addition, it also has the function of belt break detection, which can prevent the production of waste products.
