The whole machine of this production line adopts the control technology combining industrial computer and programmable logic controller, namely PC + PLC mode to realize the synchronous operation of the whole line and the independent operation of the single machine. The operation of the production line, the setting and display of parameters, etc. are all carried out by industrial control computer, the production control process such as motor start, stop, signal given, motor speed and other production status collection are realized by PLC. Data communication is carried out between the industrial computer and the PLC through the communication port. It can realize the functions of production operation, alarm display, and emergency stop of the production line.

The equipment is mainly composed of optical fiber pay-off device, aramid pay-off device, branching and parallel device, extrusion unit, cooling system (4m warm water tank, warm water tank, 12m cold water tank, refrigerator), blow dryer, biaxial diameter gauge, wheeled traction device, wire storage tension control device, take-up with traversing device, electric control system, etc.
The optical fiber pay-off device adopts cabinet structure, cantilever-type pay-off, including 2 fiber pay-off shafts, which can meet the pay-off of up to 2 cores optical fibers. Suitable for PN236 and PN400 pay-off bobbins.
The device uses an active pay-off method and is driven by an AC motor. The tension dancer can control the synchronous operation of pay-off and traction. The fiber pay-off tension can be adjusted within the range of 0.4 to 1.5N. The tension control precision is high and the pay-off tension is constant and reliable.
The aramid pay-off device adopts a cantilever parallel pay-off type, including a total of 10 aramid pay-off shafts in the upper and lower rows, which can meet up to 10 aramid pay-off.
The device uses an active pay-off method and is driven by an AC motor. Under the control of the pay-off dance wheel, it runs automatically in forward and reverse directions. The tension adopts a counterweight-type adjustable structure and constant tension pay-off. The tension of aramid pay-off can be adjusted within the range of 0.4 ~ 3.0N, and the tension control precision is high.
All guide wheels are made of ceramic material, which can reduce friction and protect aramid yarn.
Using SJ50 × 25 type extruder, BM type screw, suitable for extrusion of PVC, LSZH and other materials. The extrusion volume is stable and uniform, with high control accuracy and reliability.
The precision adjustable head is used to ensure good concentricity of the sheath extrusion. The extruder head has a pressure protection device, and has an alarm function when the extrusion pressure is too high. At the same time, the extrusion unit is equipped with a vacuum feeder and a dryer.
The device adopts horizontal structure and is arranged above the water tank of the production line. This arrangement can reduce the total length of the production line and save floor space.
The take-up tension can be adjusted within the range of 3 ~ 20N. The maximum storage length can reach up to 100m, which can reserve operation time for switching dual bobbins.
The device adopts dual manual switching mode and cantilever structure. The device has a compact structure and a small footprint, and is suitable for PN400 and PN630 type bobbins. The AC servo motor controls the cable traversing, which has high pitch accuracy and is continuously adjustable. The loading method is top-notch, and the operation is simple and convenient.

-As soon as customer informed us the machines are put in the right place, we will send both mechanical and electrical engineer for machine start up.
-No-load testing: After machine installed completely, we make no-load testing first.
-With-load testing: Usually we will can produce 3 different wires to make load testing.
-Acceptance report: After the buyer confirms that machine can reach all specification under contract, the acceptance report will be signed for our record that machine will be in guarantee period.
Q: What information should I offer to get a detailed quotation from you?
A: For single machine: Usually we need to know inlet wire size, outlet wire size to be produced, productivity, pay off and take up size to choose the right machine.
For new cable plant or new cable production line, we need to know the datasheet of cables to be produced, the productivity, the standards to be followed, etc to design all machines needed.
