  (1) Robot

One robotic welding machine corresponds to one double-head single-axis positioner, and one machine hangs upside down rotating gantry. The positioner can be driven independently on both sides, and can be rotated automatically or manually. The upside-down rotating gantry is installed above the positioner as a whole, which can reduce the footprint of the entire workbench and maximize the welding range of the robotic welding machine.

(2) Robot teaching pendant

The robot teaching pendant is a teaching terminal used with the robot control system. Using a completely self-developed control system and programming method, it provides an online fill-in-the-blank programming teaching method, which beginners can quickly master. The robot teach pendant has functions such as arc start detection and offset, anti-collision detection, welding abnormal detection, breakpoint memory, restart arc lap, etc., which can effectively reduce welding defects, ensure the continuity of welding seam and welding quality, and improve welding efficiency , to ensure the safety of personnel and reduce equipment damage. The robot teaching pendant also adopts a server-side with multi-client communication framework, which can support a single teaching pendant to adapt to multiple robot control units, which is convenient for plant management.

(3) Welding machine

The welding machine adopts high-speed full digital control, monitors every stage of the welding transition, and accurately realizes “one pulse, one drop”, so as to obtain stable and almost spatter-free welding. The welding machine has a huge expert welding database, and automatically correlation of the parameter adjustment. When changing the working condition, it is only need to adjust the wire feeding speed. The feedback and control of wire feeding speed is realized by photoelectric encoder, and the wire feeding can be stable regardless of the wire feeding load and ultra-low speed. There are various of aluminum welding expert systems and special programs to ensure the best welding quality for various aluminum materials. At the same time, one machine can be used for multiple purposes, such as welding carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum alloy, etc. By upgrading the process software, efficient welding of various special metals can be realized.

(4) Laser seam tracker

The laser seam tracker can display the current seam deviation, seam width, misalignment and other information in real time, which is convenient for on-site production management. With the characteristics of strong anti-interference, strong adaptability and high precision, it can make the welding machine in an ideal position, compensate for production, equipment and operation tolerances, and ensure safe and perfect welding.

Q: Do you supply the installation and commissioning?
A: Yes, we do as followings:
-As soon as customer informed us the machines are put in the right place, we will send both mechanical and electrical engineer for machine start up.
-No-load testing: After machine installed completely, we make no-load testing first.
-With-load testing: Usually we will can produce 3 different wires to make load testing.

-Acceptance report: After the buyer confirms that machine can reach all specification under contract, the acceptance report will be signed for our record that machine will be in guarantee period.

Q: What information should I offer to get a detailed quotation from you?
A: For single machine: Usually we need to know inlet wire size, outlet wire size to be produced, productivity, pay off and take up size to choose the right machine.
For new cable plant or new cable production line, we need to know the datasheet of cables to be produced, the productivity, the standards to be followed, etc to design all machines needed.

Q: How do you work on the inspection before delivery?
A: We will make dynamic balance testing, levelness testing, noise testing, etc. during production.
After production finished, usually we make no-load running of each machine before delivery. Customers are welcomed to attend the inspection.
