Last week, LINT TOP received European customers to accept 80mm sheathing line. The customer invited a third-party inspection agency and participated in the inspection together by means of online communication at the same time. We ran the sheathing line and showed the customer how each component works and is configured. The customer is very satisfied with the operation effect of our sheathing extrusion line, and now it is preparing for delivery to the customer.

The sheathing extrusion line is mainly used for applying outer sheath for cables diameter from 4.0 to 9.0 mm, using following materials: PE, PA, LSZH. Conditional name of the line is K-80.
Maximum working speed of belt caterpillar is 180 m/min.
Maximum working speed of line is 150 m/min.
In order to achieve high-quality finished products, the customer specifically requested that this sheathing extrusion line be configured with Proton diameter gauge with concave-convex detection function. During the test machine, we manually created the concave-convex effect, and the result is displayed on the main screen through the detection of the laser diameter gauge, which is very effective in helping customers understand the quality of the finished product in time.
The take-up motor adopts Siemens brand, the high-frequency converter AC adopts the Danfoss brand, and all servo motors and drivers adopt the Panasonic brand, the main control PLC (programmable logic controller) adopts Siemens S7-1500 series products, and all low-voltage components adopt Schneider brand, with high quality and reliable operation.
