Lint Top, a global wire & cable specialist, today announced that four sets of 1860 automatic coiling and binding machine had been installed and debugged a few days ago. Our Ecuadorian customer expressed satisfaction with our equipment through Mandy, our sales colleague, under the circumstance of two coiling and wrapping machines cooperation history five years ago.

As shown in the installation picture below, this whole production line is composed of cantilever driven pay-off, vertical accumulator, LT-15A spark tester and LT 1860automatic coiling and binding machine. Available in Φ5-Φ16mm and 180mm in cable wire range and maximum coiling height with 1.5 coil/min coiling speed. And its mechanical design line speed which depends on the O.D. of finished wire can be up to 150m/min.
