And as the picture shown in the above, our customer needs 13 sizes of cold welder dies, the diameter range is from 1.4mm to 2.6mm including 1.4 mm, 1.5 mm, 1.6 mm, 1.7 mm, 1.8 mm, 1.9 mm, 2.0 mm, 2.1 mm, 2.2 mm, 2.3mm, 2.4mm, 2.5mm, 2.6mm.
After we confirmed the technical details, we recommended suitable model: LT3-B cold welder and quoted very competitive price for our customer, they are very satisfied and confirmed the order very quickly, they sent us PO just one day later after our quotation.
Business goes fluently, we received our customer down payment and prepare the goods, then our customer paid the rest payment before delivery.
We informed our customer each progress we got during the production, we share how we made, how we test our products and how to use it. We packed the user manual along side with the goods. Before delivery, we also had a video chatting with our customer to show how to use and answer our customer’s questions. Each business we will do our best, no matter what goods our customer buy. For the purpose of urgent use, we used air freight as our customer required. After finished the clearance, preparing all documents they needed, our customer has used the cold welder very skillfully in their daily work.
