We are pleased to announce that LINT TOP's 165 and 250 steel wire tubular stranding machines successfully completed a test run on September 9, welcoming a client from Russia for inspection.
This collaboration involved extensive technical communication, during which we thoroughly analyzed the client's final product requirements and provided targeted suggestions. Ultimately, we configured the most suitable machines for the client. Before officially placing an order, the client sent a batch of sample steel wire for stranding tests, which demonstrated that LINT TOP's machines perfectly met their requirements.
After three months of production, four tubular stranding machines were successfully completed and prepared for the client’s inspection. During the test run, LINT TOP showcased the mechanical and electrical components of each machine and conducted load tests. Our equipment can achieve working speeds of up to 3000 RPM, with the client ultimately deciding to set the operational speed at 2600 RPM to meet production needs.
Throughout the testing process, LINT TOP also introduced the client to several advanced features, including synchronous emergency stop, automatic lubrication, tension adjustment, stress elimination, die loading and unloading, stranding pitch measurement, and finished product diameter measurement. The final product remained straight without tension, demonstrating that the steel wire rope exhibited no torsional stress, which highlights the exceptional performance of LINT TOP's tubular stranding machines.
