The client previously operated an older RBD machine and recognized the need to renew their production equipment to enhance efficiency and output. Our RBD machine is designed specifically to reduce copper diameter from 8mm to 1.20mm, making it a vital asset for their operations.

The model they selected is the independent motor type RBD machine. This advanced drawing machine features a slight sliding design, fully submersible lubricant cooling method, and an innovative open-close design for the independent drawing cabinets. These features optimize wire cooling and lubrication, ensuring high-quality output.

Prior to shipment, the client sent a team to China to inspect the machine, where they confirmed its quality and performance standards.
