Times fly, it’s been half and year after we winning the turnkey project of low voltage cable factory in Egypt. Our customer is going to complete the construction of the factory, the entire factory has 2 floors, the ground floor has been completed. Most of customer’s machine is locked in ground floor, because the drawing machine and stranding machine has requirements on fundations.
The machine use all first class accessories, Simens system, fukuta motor, teco motor and fukuta encoder, etc. Whole set machine is cost-efficient. Which makes it the best option compared with other competitors during the tender. We will always take our customer requirements to the first position in our heart. And in the future, we will continue to service well to have long-term cooperation with our customers.
We designed all details of the machine according our customers’ requirements, we are glad to meet such professional customer, we tested main parameters, like the max rotating speed, brake time, control system and the bearing temperature with time off. The temperature curve is good as expected.
Most of production lines had been completed, we finish running test of the 1250 bunching line this week. All parameters are accurate, and the machine performance is stable, the customers can’t come to our factory, so we have online meeting for the inspection work. Our customer is satisfied with the machines quality, they said that they will hurry on the construction work, and waiting for the machine coming, due the epidemic, the shipment is delayed, we thank our customer for understanding, and we are finding ways to send the goods as soon as possible.
