Good news！ LINT TOP has completed the low voltage power cable turnkey project for the customer in Algeria!

Due to COVID-19, the project lasted for two years. But with the joint efforts, we finally completed the project. Now we would like to share this special case with you to know more about how we serve customers with turnkey project.
Begin
In 2017, the customer in Algeria inquired about the upward continuous casting equipment, but due to the delay of the project, we could not reach a cooperation in the end.
Cooperation
In 2018, the customer learned that we were going to visit our old customers in Algeria, and said that he wanted to build a cable factory and wanted us to discuss with him. At the same time, he also sent us the production equipment, products and specific requirements.
During the visit to Algeria, our technicians went to the his company to communicate on details and other issues. We designed a complete solution, including plant design, equipment configuration, equipment layout, raw material supply, installation guide, commissioning support, and after-sales service, etc.
After that, we visited the customer many times and made detailed discussions on technical parameters, commercial terms and so on.
He was so satisfied with our solution that we signed a cooperation agreement in early 2019.

Production and Inspection
After signing the agreement, our factory started to produce the equipment as soon as possible. During the production process, the customer came to China to inspect the equipment three times, and each equipment was inspected by both parties to ensure that the equipment was qualified before delivery.
Shipment
In 2019, we shipped intermediate drawing machines, bobbins, rigid frame stranders, rewinding line, extrusion line, bow type stranders, etc.
Due to COVID-19, the customer cannot receive the equipment normally, and we did not complete the delivery until June 2021. We finally delivered the rest of the products including fine drawing machines, aging furnaces, and aluminum alloy RBD drawing machines, etc. The customer said that the local work was also suspended due to COVID-19, so they can understood us.

Commission
Due to COVID-19, our engineers were unable to come to the customer's factory. After the research and experiment of LINT TOP, we set up an online commission service method.
During 2021, we inspected several times through WeChat, video, etc. When the COVID-19 eased, we arranged engineers to ensure the commission results as soon as possible, and everything went smoothly.

Production of the customer
Up to now, we have completed the inspection, and the customer has started production. In the future, LINT TOP will continue to follow up the low voltage power cable turnkey project to provide better services. Until the customer can fully master the equipment and enter the high-speed production stage.
