In August 2023, LINT TOP North Africa branch received an inquiry from a cable manufacturer regarding their need to expand their MV/HV cable production. Over more than three months, in-depth technical discussions were conducted to address their requirements for high-end wire drawing machines, stranding machines, and extruders. Multiple adjustments to the technical plans were made, and the client even traveled to LINT TOP's headquarters in China to discuss the project, with one face-to-face meeting lasting nearly 12 hours. Despite the complexity and time consumption of the process, both parties ultimately reached a consensus on technical discussions and business terms.
Given the complexity of medium voltage and high voltage cable production, the client ultimately ordered a batch of equipment, including individual motor driven aluminum alloy rod breakdown machine, copper and aluminum rod breakdown machines, tubular stranding machine, rigid frame stranding machine, bow twister, cradle type cabling machine, extruders, and rewinding line. LINT TOP meticulously arranged the production schedule based on the types of equipment and delivery times, and provided the client with a more efficient and orderly plan for phased production, phased delivery, and gradual installation. Both parties maintained high-efficiency collaboration, significantly shortening the construction period and accelerating the project progress.
During the equipment production process, LINT TOP's quality control team regularly followed up on the production progress and conducted on-site supervision at the factory to ensure that the production process was error-free and without rework, thus minimizing delays. After the equipment production was completed, a detailed pre-shipment inspection was conducted. During shipping, multiple departments jointly supervised the packing and execution to ensure that every step was strictly according to plan.
To date, the first batch, including copper and aluminum rod breakdown machines, tubular stranding machine, rigid frame stranding machine, bow type stranding machine, and a cradle type cabling machine, was shipped in April. The second batch, including extruders and rewinding line, will be shipped by the end of this month. The third batch, consisting of the individual motor driven aluminum alloy rod breakdown machine, will complete pre-shipment inspection next month and await shipment.
Through efficient project management and stringent quality control, LINT TOP has ensured the smooth progress of the North African cable manufacturer's expansion plan, once again demonstrating LINT TOP's leading position in the cable equipment manufacturing industry.
