In June, LINT TOP received an additional order from the customer, including AL RBD Machines an high-speed rigid frame strander. This order not only confirms the quality of LINT TOP cable machine but also reflects the long-term trust between both parties.
Building trust is never easy, especially for a high-end cable machine
manufacturer like LINT TOP. When the customer evaluated the AL RBD machine, we offered two control system options: a Siemens servo control system jointly developed with Siemens, and a Siemens AC control system. We provided the customer with a detailed comparison report covering speed, cost, and maintenance convenience. Ultimately, the customer chose the Siemens AC control system.
Notably, the AL RBD machine developed by LINT TOP break the domestic speed limit of 1500m/min, reaching a maximum speed of 1800m/min. This innovation significantly enhances the customer's production capacity and sets a new performance benchmark for domestic cable machine.
