The Lebanese client has sourced a diverse range of equipment from LINT TOP, including copper/aluminum rod breakdown machines(RBD machine), medium wire drawing machines, fine wire drawing machines, bunching machine, rigid frame stranding machine, extruders, rewinding lines, and coiling machines. This procurement is aimed at expanding their second factory to accommodate the production of building wires, photovoltaic cables, and low-voltage power cables. LINT TOP's engineers have been actively involved in the initial equipment configuration phase, offering professional advice to assist the client in optimizing equipment usage and achieving cost savings.
The customer has less experience in cable equipment installation. At the need of the customer, LINT TOP has deployed two highly experienced chief engineers to the client's factory. These engineers, with nearly 30 years of industry experience each, specialize in electrical engineering and mechanical engineering, respectively. Their presence has been crucial in providing comprehensive guidance during the installation and commissioning process, ensuring a smooth progression of the entire project.
As of now, the installation process has surpassed the halfway mark, and LINT TOP engineers continue to collaborate closely with the client during the latter stages of installation.
