LT1000 waste cable recycling production line adopts advanced design and rational structure. It has the feature of space saving and reliable operation. Composed with shredder, magnetic separator, crusher, vibrating separator, air blower, dust collector and conveyor belt, the waster cables or wires will become plastic pellets and copper particles after been crushed.
After shredding, crushing and separating, the plastic sheath and copper can be separated from waste cables or wires which become plastic pellets and copper particles. With airflow function and screen box straight shock excitation, the core and sheath will be separated.
