In February, the customer expressed the need for a rewinding line, specifying crucial parameters such as a maximum pay-off bobbin size of 2500mm, a maximum take-up bobbin size of 1600mm, a maximum wire diameter of 60mm, and a line speed of 100m/min. Additionally, they requested the inclusion of a caterpillar set within the rewinding line. Responding promptly, we provided a technical offer within 48 hours.
Upon subsequent requests for machine part images, we promptly furnished the necessary visuals. Further refinements were made to our offer following the customer's specifications, including the insistence on NSK brand bearings for the caterpillar and an upgrade of the take-up motor from 5.5kw to 7.5kw, ensuring alignment with their exacting standards.
