Installation of 16/24 Spindles Braiding Machine and Rewinding Machine

Before the formal real-acting installation, our Algerian branch engineering department skillfully collaborated with the Enicab workers to get the full installation and commissioning details through a series of detailed videos which were sent by us from China. The commissioning operation went very well. Our customer appreciated the machines’ working performance. Our Algerian customer used the PE insulated copper as the conductor and fine copper wire as the braid. We LINT TOP, as the supplier, always control the aspect that deregulation of sensors and indicators can happen during transport or assembly. We strive to support the daily working of our current and future customers which is a key capability without compromising the health and safety of our technical staff.

The fact that the machines have been tested before delivery in China which allows the commissioning process more easier.
The whole commissioning time only took 2 days. The start of the commissioning was on Wednesday at 10 am by the commissioning of the rewinding machine, 56 small bobbins were filled to operate the braiding machine, then we proceeded to start up the two 16-bobbin braiding machine and then the 24-bobbin braiding machine, the operations ended on Thursday at 4 p.m.
- Wednesday August 12 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
- Thursday August 13 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

This installation program includes a series of installation video, ongoing support from China technical technicians and experts. LINT TOP is optimistic that this successful braiding machines’ installation and commissioning experience can also replicated with our other customers during the COVID-19 pandemic.
