You can also see from the figure above that our customers inspected the goods including Z17 medium wire drawing machine, basket coiler and bobbins strictly.

Speaking of medium wire drawing machine, the drawing unit is driven by motor which drives the gear box and the capstan through the transmission belt. High speed and slow speed can be set through the shift gear box and suitable for different wire diameter. T3000 annealer adopts contact-type triangle short circuit annealing principle. It is consisted of electric conduction system, oxidation-proof protection system, cooling system and drying system and electric system, etc.
Unlike those two equipment, bobbin inspection is filled with strict dynamic balance and run-out detection.
