The formal purchase order of pay off and trolley was placed in the October of 2019. But due to all kinds of limits and regulation during apply for the down payment, the client finally managed to overcome difficulties and make the down payment successfully in this July 2020.
The total order includes two sets 6 head motorized pay-off stand and a hydraulic trolley.
The motorized pay-off stand can automatically track the pay-off speed and can provide constant tension. Tension adjustment is implemented by adjusting the pressure of compressed air. It can emergency stop in cases of shutdown and wire breakage. And it can provide single reel pay-off and dual pay-off.

The pay-off stand is separately matched with European stranding machine in the client’s factory.
It is suitable for producing single wire inlet: φ0.10mm-φ0.68mm, the max speed can reach to 300m/min. Total 6 motor (Brand: WNM) is used in 6 head motorized pay-off stand. The bobbin is loaded by shaft.
The whole production process takes about 45 days. The 630 bobbin drawing for pay off stand is offered by clients during the production .
When mounting bobbin, put the bobbin on the hydraulic trolley, raise the hydraulic trolley until the center of bobbin is aligned with the axis of pay-off, push in hydraulic trolley, inching brake releasing button on the operation panel, move the pay-off axis to align the carrying bolt with carrying hole of bobbin, fit on external sleeve gasket and U type cover plate, fasten the nuts, then mounting bobbin is finished.
For the shipment, two sets of pay-off stands and a hydraulic trolley require a 40GP container for loading. Please kindly see the below photos during loading cargo.
