Equipped with 13 advanced electrical control systems developed by Siemens, the equipment ensures exceptional stability and precision during high-speed operation, providing clients with an efficient and reliable production solution. Currently, the equipment is in the installation and commissioning phase and is expected to be officially put into production soon.
During actual production testing, this 13-Die Al/Al Alloy RBD Machine demonstrated outstanding performance. With a wire diameter of 1.7mm, the machine achieved a speed of 1800m/min. While it may not be the fastest compared to top international brands like Niehoff, its excellent cost-effectiveness makes it a preferred choice for clients. More notably, when the wire diameter increases to 2.6mm, the machine maintains a stable high-speed operation of 1500m/min, matching Niehoff’s performance at a 2.5mm wire diameter. Additionally, the machine avoids speed drops even as the wire diameter increases, ensuring continuous and stable production processes.
