The machine is used to hot-dip tin layer on the surface of copper wire, aiming to improve the anti-corrosion performance, heat resistance performance and soldering performance of copper wire.
The hot-dip tinning process forms a protective layer by evenly coating a layer of tin on the surface of copper wire, effectively preventing corrosion and extending the lifespan of copper wire.
The tinning layer significantly improves heat resistance, preventing oxidation of the copper wire in high-temperature environments and maintaining good structural stability.
Additionally, the tinning layer greatly enhances solderability. During the welding process, the tinning layer provides better wettability, reduces welding temperatures, improves welding quality, and ensures the firmness of the connection.

(1).The tinning furnace’s tin pot of this equipment is cast in one piece, the temperature within the furnace is uniform, with a temperature difference of ±1°C at the four corners.
(2).The annealing furnace, oven and tinning furnace heating all feature a tubular heating designs, which are easy to replace and maintain.
(3).The servo motor + precision screw rod is used for traversing the wires. The traversing speed and take-up speed are accelerated and decelerated synchronously, and the traversing is neat and flat.
(4).(Optional) Internet of Things function, the information of multiple machines can be integrated on multiple mobile phones or computers, and the operation of the machine can be checked at any time, such as temperature setting, power consumption, voltage, current, line speed, power factor, etc., to achieve refined management and reach the industry-leading level.
(1)Pay-off device
It can be equipped with multi-head active pay-off, which is used for multi-head parallel wire pay-off, easy to operate and effectively saves space.
It can also be equipped with vertical brush pay-off. The pay-off frame is divided into left and right sides and fixed under the annealing furnace frame. The pay-off frame is equipped with a wire guide wheel and a lead ceramic hook, which can smoothly leading the copper wire into the annealing tube.
(2)Annealing furnace (tubular type annealing)
An optional tubular annealing furnace is available, consisting of a heating system, a heating insulation system and an annealing tube.
The heating system adopts a three-stage temperature control device, which can effectively control the temperature.
The insulation system can prevent heat loss and achieve the effect of saving electricity.
The inlet end of the annealing furnace is equipped with an online nitrogen protection device interface, which can provide anti-oxidation protection for the copper wire in the furnace tube.
The total thickness of the annealing furnace is 600mm, with good insulation effect, saving 30% electricity compared with similar products.
(3)Tinning furnace
Tinning method: hot-dip (electric heating tube heats and melts the tin block).
Tinning system is composed of groove system, eyes die fasten system and tinning tub.
Groove system including groove wheel, groove pole and groove permanent seat, which can be adjusted in height as needed.
Eyes die fasten system symmetrically compared to the groove system, and the height and angle can be adjusted.
A flux tank is provided in front of the tin furnace, which can effectively clean the surface of the copper wire before tinning.
(4)Take-up device
The machine can be equipped with a shaftless take-up machine or a single-bobbin torque take-up machine.
The shaftless take-up machine has precise and independent traversing system, which can be started, accelerated, decelerated, and stopped synchronously with the take-up shaft. The servo motor is used to control the traversing, and the spacing can be set, which is synchronized with the taking-up. The take-up machine has a shaftless design, which is convenient for loading and unloading the bobbin.
The traversing power of the single-bobbin torque take-up machine is a reduction motor with a frequency converter control, and the traversing speed, width, and spacing are adjustable. The design of the wire traversing rod can adjust the traversing height as needed.

Q: Do you supply the installation and commissioning?
A: Yes, we do as followings:
-As soon as customer informed us the machines are put in the right place, we will send both mechanical and electrical engineer for machine start up.
-No-load testing: After machine installed completely, we make no-load testing first.
-With-load testing: Usually we will can produce 3 different wires to make load testing.
-Acceptance report: After the buyer confirms that machine can reach all specification under contract, the acceptance report will be signed for our record that machine will be in guarantee period.
Q: What information should I offer to get a detailed quotation from you?
A: For single machine: Usually we need to know inlet wire size, outlet wire size to be produced, productivity, pay off and take up size to choose the right machine.
For new cable plant or new cable production line, we need to know the datasheet of cables to be produced, the productivity, the standards to be followed, etc to design all machines needed.

Q: How do you work on the inspection before delivery?
