This equipment is mainly composed of pay-off for steel wires device, pay-off device for optical fiber and FRP reinforcement, points, branching and parallel device, extruder unit, cooling system (4m warm water tank, warm water tank, 12m cold water tank, refrigerator), blow dry device and biaxial laser diameter gauge, wheel capstan device, accumulator type tension control device, wiring device and electric control system, etc.
This unit adopts cantilever structure, active pay-off, driven by AC motor, suitable for PN630 and PN800 bobbin and it can meets the pay-off process of steel wires with 0.5~1.2mm diameter. The synchronous operation of pay-off and capstan is controlled by a tension dancer. The pay-off tension of the steel wire can be adjusted within the range of (5~30) N, and the tension control precision is high. The lifting of the reel is driven by the AC reduction motor, and the reel is clamped by the air cylinder. The steel wire pay-off device of this structural form can ensure the stable and reliable operation of the steel wire high-speed pay-off.
The outlet of the wire pay-off device is equipped with a set of wire straightening device, which can straighten the bent and deformed wire to ensure that the wire is straight before entering the extrusion unit, which is beneficial to product processing and production.
The optical fiber and FRP reinforced core pay-off device adopts a cabinet structure, including two fiber pay-off reels and two FRP pay-off reels, which can meet the pay-off of up to two core optical fibers and two FRP. It is suitable for 25km and 50km international common optical fiber reels and PN400 FRP pay-off reels.
The device uses an active pay-off method and is driven by an AC motor. The tension dancer controls the synchronous operation of pay-off and traction. The tension of the optical fiber pay-off can be adjusted within the range of (0.4 ~ 1.5) N, and the tension of the FRP pay-off can be adjusted within the range of (1.0 ~ 10) N with high tension control accuracy and constant and reliable pay-off tension.
Adopting SJ65×25 type extruder, BM type screw, this extruder unit is suitable for the extrusion of PVC, LSZH and other materials with stable and uniform extrusion amount and high control accuracy and reliability.
The extruder head is equipped with pressure protection device, which has an alarm function when the extrusion pressure is too high. At the same time, the extrusion unit is equipped with a vacuum feeder and a dryer.
The device adopts horizontal horizontal structure and is arranged above the water tank of the production line. This arrangement can reduce the total length of the production line and save floor space.
The take-up tension can be adjusted within the range of (3 ~ 20) N. The maximum accumulator length can reach 100m, which reserves operation time for double-bobbin switching.
The device adopts double-bobbin manual switching type and cantilever structure. This device has a compact structure and occupies a small area. It is suitable for PN630 and PN800 bobbin. The AC servo motor controls the traversing arrangement. The pitch of the cable is high in precision and continuously adjustable. The tailstock bobbin loading method is simple and easy to operate.
