1. Introduction
We can offer a wide range of multihead active pay-offs in various forms, such as single-sided double-headed active pay-offs, bilateral double-headed active pay-offs and bilateral multi-headed active pay-offs.
These pay-off frames are suitable for applications where precise control of the pay-off is required and the weight of the bobbins is high, such as when stranding bare copper, tinned copper and other multi-stranded conductors, and also when forming insulated wire into cables.
This series of pay-offs is a constant tension, non-twisting pay-off of a single reel of wire, which can be used for single wire pay-offs, or for multi-headed drawing and wire pay-offs, and can be used in conjunction with wire bundling machines and cantilevered single twist cable forming machines. Easy to operate, the unique design can effectively save space.
2. Structural features
1)Adopting pneumatic adjustment tension control method, which can automatically track the pay-off speed and provide the constant tension required by the process.
2) Adopts electromagnetic braking method, which can effectively prevent the stopping of disordered wire during high speed pay-off.
3) The fastest pay-off speed can be up to 250m/min.

-As soon as customer informed us the machines are put in the right place, we will send both mechanical and electrical engineer for machine start up.
-No-load testing: After machine installed completely, we make no-load testing first.
-With-load testing: Usually we will can produce 3 different wires to make load testing.
-Acceptance report: After the buyer confirms that machine can reach all specification under contract, the acceptance report will be signed for our record that machine will be in guarantee period.
Q: What information should I offer to get a detailed quotation from you?
A: For single machine: Usually we need to know inlet wire size, outlet wire size to be produced, productivity, pay off and take up size to choose the right machine.
For new cable plant or new cable production line, we need to know the datasheet of cables to be produced, the productivity, the standards to be followed, etc to design all machines needed.
Q: Can you supply the auxiliary equipment along with the machines?

Q: How can I know the status of my order?

Q: How do you work on the inspection before delivery?
