It guarantees the consistance of the state of each single wires as well as improves conductivity and softness the stranding wires. 2). Improving production efficiency. Drawing multiple wires simultaneously is equivalent to many single-head drawing machines work together, which is many times more efficient than the traditional one. 3). Saving costs. One multiwire drawing machine can replace several single-head drawing machines, which can save the input cost of equipment, and during the production process, it can also reduce the labor costs.
The drawing machine adopts high precision helical gear transmission and is equipped with spray-type strong oil cooling and lubrication. The lubrication is provided by an independent motor-driven gear pump, with pressure protection and can achieve lubrication failure shutdown.The cooling box of the drawing machine adopts strong spray type lubrication cooling, which can fully cool and lubricate the drawing wheel, dies and wires, so as to ensure good drawing quality. Online annealing of copper wire can be carried out to realize "continuous drawing and continuous annealing", which can ensure the stability and consistency of the wires.

The equipment is mainly composed of active pay-off, accumulator, tension controller, automatic coiling machine, automatic binding machine, conveyor belt, etc.
Automatic coiling machine is mainly used for coiling finished wire and cable. Traversing by a servo motor to synchronize with the main motor, the traverser is neat and no pressed. The speed can be adjusted on the touch screen or on the speed adjusting knob. If the cable diameter is unqualified, it can automatically eliminate the waste line or manually mark the cable then continue to coil. After coiling, the cable holding mechanism will hold the cable tightly and deliver it to the packaging platform automatically. During working, the data such as wire length, diameter, and speed can still be changed without stop, and can monitor the wire speed and length and the overall movement of the machine on the screen.
The binding machine and the coiling machine adopt split-type structure, the coiled wire is directly sent to binding position by the arm. The automatic binding machine is operated by touch screen and bind outer coiler. With the function of automatic belt wear, the binding force is automatically adjusted by the control system. The binding belt position is accurate, not easy to distort, no oil structure, reduce sliding, so the abrasion is small, the structure is simple, the parts material durability selected strictly is outstanding, there is no need to consider the complicated oil supply technology, parts maintenance is convenient. Multi-point PP packaging tapes are bundled. The tightness is designed according to the product characteristics with high reliability. The straps are equipped with a coil pressing device to ensure the coils will not loosen during binding.

We will send a preparation list after the equipment shipped on board. In order for the installation and commissioning to proceed smoothly, customer can prepare materials according to the list we provided. When the equipment is about to be completed, the two parties will communicate in detail on the commissioning plan. Customer should get all the things ready before our engineer arrives. After the engineer arrives at the site, he will meet with the customer to communicate the commissioning plan, the required expenditure and the estimated completion time. After the installation finished, the engineer will start the equipment with no-load test and full-load test. During the commissioning, the engineer will train the customer ’s workers, and at the same time, the engineer will also tell them the problems they often encounter in the process and the effective solutions. We will try our best to support the workers be familiar with the entire production line.

Q: Do you supply the installation and commissioning?
A: Yes, we do as followings:
-As soon as customer informed us the machines are put in the right place, we will send both mechanical and electrical engineer for machine start up.
-No-load testing: After machine installed completely, we make no-load testing first.
-With-load testing: Usually we will can produce 3 different wires to make load testing.
-Acceptance report: After the buyer confirms that machine can reach all specification under contract, the acceptance report will be signed for our record that machine will be in guarantee period.
Q: What information should I offer to get a detailed quotation from you?
A: For single machine: Usually we need to know inlet wire size, outlet wire size to be produced, productivity, pay off and take up size to choose the right machine.
For new cable plant or new cable production line, we need to know the datasheet of cables to be produced, the productivity, the standards to be followed, etc to design all machines needed.
