In the past, it was mainly used by a simple rewinding machine, and then wrapped films by manual. But this packaging method is mainly manual, not only has low production efficiency, high labor cost, but also it has unstable quality.
The automatic coiling with binding and thermal shrinking machine provided by our company can automatically complete fully-automatic integrated of wire and cable coiling, binding and shrinking packaging. This machine adopts servo motor traversing system, which ensures the automatic and high quality coil packing of the whole equipment.The equipment can coil the round wire and flat wire, and the wire and cable can automatically complete binding and shrinking film packaging .With this production line, not only can save labor cost, improve production efficiency, but also can ensure the stability of product quality.

3. Packaging Effect
Main Components
The equipment is mainly composed of active pay-off, accumulater, tension controller, automatic coiling machine, automatic binding machine, thermal shrinking film packaging machine, conveyor belt, etc.
1. Automatic Coiling Machine
Automatic coiling machine is mainly used for coiling finished wire and cable. Traversing by a servo motor to synchronize with the main motor, the traverser is neat and no pressed;The speed can be adjusted on the touch screen or on the speed adjusting knob. If the cable diameter is unqualified, it can automatically eliminate the waste line or manually mark the cable then continue to coil. After coiling, the cable holding mechanism will hold the cable tightly and deliver it to the packaging platform automatically.
During working, the data such as wire length, diameter, and speed can still be changed without stop, and can monitor the wire speed and length and the overall movement of the machine on the screen.
2. Automatic Binding Machine
The binding machine and the coiling machine adopt split-type structure, the coiled wire after coiling is directly sent to binding position by the arm. The automatic binding machine is operated by touch screen and bind outer coiler. With the function of automatic belt wear, the binding force is automatically adjusted by the control system. The binding belt position is accurate, not easy to distort, no oil structure, reduce sliding, so the abrasion is small, the structure is simple, the parts material durability selected strictly is outstanding, there is no need to consider the complicated oil supply technology, parts maintenance is convenient. Multi-point PP packaging straps are bundled. The tightness is designed according to the product characteristics with high reliability. The straps are equipped with a coil pressing device to ensure the coils will not loosen during binding.
3. Thermal Shrinking Film Packaging Machine
This machine is mainly used for film packaging and shrinking forming for coiler, which is suitable for PE and POF materials. It can be fully sealed or hollow type of heat shrink packaging form. It mainly consists of frame, temperature controller and heat preservation device.
When the coil size changes, the adjustment is very simple by just replace the film; automatic feeding and automatic collection of waste. The temperature controller adopts the imported digital display temperature controller, the temperature control precision is high; the sealing knife is made of American dupont-flon coated aluminum alloy, which is resistant to adhesion and high temperature. The sealing line is firm, no cracking, no coking, no smoke and no pollution. The device is equipped with imported detection photoelectric, horizontal and vertical detection device in each, easy to switch selection, can easily complete the sealing. With air duct system, ensure the uniformity of coil heat shrinkage, make the coil packaging appearance smooth, beautiful; with automatic alarm function, greatly improve the safety of the operator. The packing speed can reach up to 2 coilers/min.

Installation and Commissioning
We will send a preparation list after the equipment shipped on borad. In order for the installation and commissioning to proceed smoothly, customer can prepare materials according to the list we provided.
When the equipment is about to be completed, the two parties will communicate in detail on the commissioning plan. Customer should get all the things ready before our engineer arrives. After the engineer arrives at the site, he will meet with the customer to communicate the commissioning plan, the required expenditure and the estimated completion time. After the installation finished, the engineer will start the equipment with no-load test and full-load test. During the commissioning, the engineer will train the customer ’s workers, and at the same time, the engineer will also tell them the problems they often encounter in the process and the effective solutions. We will try our best to support the workers be familiar with the entire production line.

Q: Can I visit your factory?
A: All the customers from both home and abroad are warmly welcomed to visit our company and factory.
Q: Do you supply the installation and commissioning?
A: Yes, we do as followings:
-As soon as customer informed us the machines are put in the right place, we will send both mechanical and electrical engineer for machine start up.
-No-load testing: After machine installed completely, we make no-load testing first.
-With-load testing: Usually we will can produce 3 different wires to make load testing.
-Acceptance report: After the buyer confirms that machine can reach all specification under contract, the acceptance report will be signed for our record that machine will be in guarantee period.
Q: What information should I offer to get a detailed quotation from you?
A: For single machine: Usually we need to know inlet wire size, outlet wire size to be produced, productivity, pay off and take up size to choose the right machine.
For new cable plant or new cable production line, we need to know the datasheet of cables to be produced, the productivity, the standards to be followed, etc to design all machines needed.
Q: Can you supply the auxiliary equipment along with the machines?
